Candy Music Original started with a simple idea: make the song that needs to exist, without worrying too much about where it belongs.
Music with a story.
Life, love, chaos, ordinary days, bad ideas and the things people carry without always saying them out loud. That’s where most CMO songs begin.
It doesn’t start with a genre.
Sometimes a song wants guitars. Sometimes it wants a piano. Sometimes apparently it wants 228 BPM and absolutely no concern for the furniture. The sound follows the song, not the other way around.
The ordinary stuff matters.
A warm dinner. A phone call. Someone waiting. Someone leaving. A completely normal Tuesday can carry more than enough for a song. It doesn’t have to become bigger to matter.
And somewhere underneath it all, love.
Not only the romantic kind. Affection, people, connection, missing someone, showing up, staying, leaving, caring when it would be easier not to. It finds its way into a lot of CMO.
